Because all Scent Crush products are handmade in small batches, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During high-volume seasons (like holidays or launches), processing may take a little longer—we’ll always do our best to communicate any delays.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once your package has shipped.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
We recommend double-checking your address before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’re happy to reship it, but additional shipping charges will apply.
